From August 5 th to August 14 th , Montreal’s Italian Week invites you to discover its program and immerse yourself in the Italian-Canadian culture. Gastronomy, fashion, music, opera, art, car exhibits and much more!
Thanks to its many events, Montreal’s Italian Week has been a part of the city’s cultural scene for twenty-three years.
Not to miss :
August 5, 6 and 7 – Centre commercial Le Boulevard Concerts, Fiat exhibit and cooking classes with the Chef & Tenor Davide Bazzali
August 5 to 14 – Centre Leonardo da Vinci, Piccolo theater Art exhibit by the artist Elvino Echeoni (From Italy)
August 5 to 11 – Centre Leonardo da Vinci, Casa d’Italia Film screenings
August 6 – Notre-Dame-De-Grâce (Georges-Saint-Pierre Park) Concerts, soccer and bocce tournaments, community dinner, and inflatable games for children
August 11 – Saint-Léonard (Wilfrid-Bastien Park) Concerts and Fiat exhibit
August 12, 13, and 14 – Rivière-des-Prairies Concerts and animation at the Maria Ausiliatrice church and fireworks at A. Cipriani Park
August 12, 13, and 14 – Little Italy (from Jean-Talon to Saint-Zotique) Concerts, outdoor opera, fashion show under the stars, Fiat exhibit, art exhibition, kiosks, inflatable games, street animation
Attended by more than 400 000 festival-goers annually, the festival offers a large variety of shows and activities celebrating the beauty and diversity of the Italian-Canadian community through art, music, gastronomy, fashion and folklore. This year, the 23 th edition of the festival will be held from August 5 to 14, 2016. All of the events are free of charge.
