Snowbird Tiki Bar

I don’t know about many Tiki Lounge in Montreal but Snowbird Tiki Bar can be found on St-Laurent in Little Italy. If you are in the mood for a kitsch experience while still having a good time you will have fun there.

What to say about the décor… eclectic with a shark on the wall next to an Elvis painting next to a blow fish that`s next to a shell decoration. You get the picture of what this place looks like but all that been said the place is pretty cool. They also have banquettes that are separated by wooden separators and obviously a nice long bar.

What to have over there, well they have a full bar but if you want to truly immerse yourself in your experience you will have to go with one of their signature cocktails. They are colorful, refreshing and served with an umbrella. They do have a chart on the cocktail menu for you to decide if you want something strong or on the lighter side.

They also have a food menu in case you get a little hungry after a few drinks.

We had a fun time but I have to say that service was pretty slow. I understand they are making cocktails a little more elaborate than rum and coke but I’ve been to mixologist cocktail clubs that do more complex drinks in a shorter amount of time. Hopefully this is just an adjustment for them to make that will make your visit even more enjoyable.
