Unibar

If you like burgers and drinks here is a concept that might interest you, really it’s quite simple burgers and a great cocktail list. Unibar is located in Old Montreal on St-Sulpice on the corner of St-Paul Street.

The décor is cool with tables and booths and also a bar. There are various decorations that make the place a little hip with art on skateboards, a Big Boy statue and vines on the walls and ceiling.

As for the food the menu is quite simple you have the choice between a single, a double, the beyond meat and fries. They serve them with cheese with pickles, ketchup and mustard on the side. You will each get your plate but if you order quite a few you could also get the burger tower.

The cocktail menu as a lot to choose from and they also change some of the drinks regularly so you might get to try something different from time to time. They are quite good and they have something for all tastes. They also have beers and a full bar if you’re not the cocktail type.

The staff is friendly and helpful and pretty laid back. If you are going to order from the cocktail list be prepared to wait a little for your drinks as they have a few bartenders to serve the entire bar/restaurant.

I like the place, eating out is not always about fancy food and everyone can enjoy a burger. I’ve been there with my friends a few times during the week and also weekend and it’s a good spot to meet up and have a quick bite before going out.
