Living in Montreal is pretty cool, we get our fair share of events all year round and there’s some for all taste. One event that will take place in our city  from August 4th to 11th at L’Usine C will be the Stella Artois Le Savoir event. I think it’s awesome that they chose to make at stop here as the other two cities where these events will be held are New York and Buenos Aires. It just confirm once again the status of the city for the love of food.

The event is a multi-sensorial dining experience born from a partnership between Bompas & Parr and 45 Degrees, the special events agency from Cirque du Soleil.

Le Savoir will make time stand still by elevating Stella Artois to the status of a muse. Within a forgotten garden in the heart of the city, the guests will be transported through the four seasons – winter, spring, summer, autumn – to explore the perishing tunnels and luxuriant labyrinths while discovering edible curiosities paired with and inspired by the tasting notes of Stella Artois. The highlight of your multisensory quest: an immersion in a forgotten greenhouse for a delectable feast from Bompas & Parr, cleverly designed to ravish all your senses. Sight. Sound. Taste. Touch. Aroma.

You will enjoy this immersive gastronomic experience for 2 hours and it includes a complete meal and Stella Artois beverages.
