I was in Quebec City and met up with some friends for diner. My schedule was unsure and they suggested we would meet close to their place at Il Teatro.
Il Teatro is located at the Capitol and if you drive there you can park in the parking lot right across the street. As it was still somewhat warm outside we took a table on the terrasse which also has heater lamps to keep you warm.
Since I had been to Italy recently I was not sure how I would enjoy my food. Don’t want to sound obnoxious but I’ve been a little difficult with Italian food since my return.
The Mozzarella fresca alla siciliana was good and not too fried. I do have to say that I was pretty impressed with the Linguini ai frutti di mare. There was some good seafood in there lobster, scallops, mussels and clams and quite a bit of it too.
It’s a fun place to eat at and if you’re in the season the terrasse is definitely worth it. The service is very good and they can properly advise you if you’re not sure what to eat or which wine to pair it with.
yeaaahhh!!
